All payments are due at the end of each session. E-transfers are the preferred payment method. E-transfers can be sent to riseandroamcounselling@gmail.com. Credit and Debit cards are accepted.
Autism funding is accepted. Please contact directly via new client consultation, email or phone to coordinate funding.
Many insurance providers will cover services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors. I would recommend contacting your provider to learn more about the coverage available to you and your family! Direct billing is currently available for Pacific Blue Cross.

Cancellation of sessions with less than 24-hour notice or missing a session will result in the client being charged their full session fee. If a client is late for a session, they are entitled to receive services for the remainder of their scheduled appointment for the full session fee. Emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Clients are required to inform their counsellor of illness for in-person sessions. In-person counselling services will not be provided if a client is ill. A session may be ended early by the discretion of the counsellor due to perceived client illness; if this occurs, the client will be responsible for the full session fee. The client is advised to cancel any appointments with 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees.
