Autism funding is accepted. Please contact directly via new client consultation, email or phone to coordinate funding.
Many insurance providers will cover services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors. I would recommend contacting your provider to learn more about the coverage available to you and your family! Unfortunately, I do not offer any direct billing at this time.
Cancellation of sessions with less than 24-hour notice or missing a session will result in the client being charged their full session fee. If a client is late for a session, they are entitled to receive services for the remainder of their scheduled appointment for the full session fee. Emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Clients are required to inform their counsellor of illness for in-person sessions. In-person counselling services will not be provided if a client is ill. A session may be ended early by the discretion of the counsellor due to perceived client illness; if this occurs, the client will be responsible for the full session fee. The client is advised to cancel any appointments with 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees.
