Rise and Roam Counselling offers eclectic clinical counselling services through a client-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming lens to children, youth and adults.

We believe counselling works best when it is collaborative, flexible and responsive to each individual's needs and feedback. Together, we will take time to identify your counselling goals and create a plan that is both comfortable and supportive of your goals. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support your goals and may incorporate art, play or movement when appropriate and supportive of regulation.

Services are available in-person in Lake Cowichan and online across British Columbia.
